Michael Ivkovic
With an extensive experience in the structured finance, funds management, and investment banking industry in Australia and Asia, Michael Ivkovic has certainly made an impact on countless businesses. Notably, he was formerly the Chairman of Brick Securities Limited, and Executive Chairman of NZI Securities Limited. Also, having established The Australian Private Capital Advisory Services Group in 1988, he retired from that position in 1998 following a management buyout.
Michael has since then served as a Director of Paramount Securities Limited and the publicly listed Harrington Limited, AFT Limited, Meridien Resources Limited and Capital Mining Limited and is a holder of an Australian Financial Services license.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
Andrew Wily
With over 40 years’ experience in accounting and insolvency matters, Andrew is a personal and corporate insolvency and bankrupt expert.
Becoming a chartered accountant with considerable work experience in London and Sydney right after university, he joined the Armstrong Wily accountancy practice in the early 1990’s. At an impressive young age whilst working with the firm, he built up their insolvency business and became a Trustee in Bankruptcy and Official Liquidator. Eventually, after becoming senior partner at the firm, he made a name for himself in the insolvency industry with some substantial insolvency jobs done both in the corporate field and bankruptcy field.
Notably, he was a pioneer in the field of litigation funding, which is now a billion-dollar business and was regularly seen at the courts running huge cases against major corporations from around the globe. Thus, following his retirement from the insolvency business, it’s no surprise he has built up a substantial network of family investors in the finance industry—including many high-net-worth individuals and investment funds.

With a keen understanding of corporate structuring coupled with a deep expertise in litigation, Raed offers a holistic perspective on matters, ensuring that strategies align with both immediate and long-term objectives.
Raed holds a Bachelor of Arts Law LLB from Western Sydney University of New South Wales.
Michael Stafford
George Raftopulos
George is a company director and business advisor with extensive corporate and commercial experience across arange of sectors.
These including finance, banking, superannuation, infrastructure, healthcare, resources, property and manufacturing. His career has included positions of Equities Analyst, Fund Manager and Corporate Advisor as well as the position of Non-Executive and Executive Director, Responsible Manager and Senior lecturer in Finance at the AFTRS Master’s Program.
George has a BEconSc and an MBA, is a Graduate of the Australian Instituteof Company Directors
(GAICD) and holds anAustralian Diploma Tier 1
(PS 146).
Darryl Wright AM
With an illustrious career deeply intertwined with his cultural heritage as a proud member of the Dunghutti Tribe, Darryl Wright has dedicated over forty years to enhancing Aboriginal housing, healthcare and community well-being.
Darryl has demonstrated exceptional leadership and visionary foresight, particularly in his role with Barclay Capital on capital-raising initiatives and indigenous financing solutions for housing projects to assist a better quality of living for our Indigenous community.
Darryl’s contributions have earned him national recognition, including a Queen’s Birthday Australia Medal in 2018 and an Honorary Fellowship Award from the University of Western Sydney.
Under his guidance, Tharawal has gained international attention, highlighted by a visit from the World Health Organisation President, Professor Michael Marmot, showcasing Darryl’s impact on health and empowerment within the Aboriginal community.
